1:1 Sessions

Everything is energy, ever changing. We each have an energy body, also known as an aura, that surrounds us. It is within the aura that illness/disease firstly originates. The term disease describes when our body is showing signs of "dis-ease" with how it is functioning. Signs of dis-ease can be picked up in the aura. Illness/dis-ease can be addressed on the energetic level, which in turn can bring about physical changes.

What can cause imbalances or dis-ease within the aura?

• stress
• negative thought patterns/depression 
• poor lifestyle
• lack of self care
• lack of self love
• unhealthy boundaries with people
• negative environments
• negative projections from other people ​​

​Within a healing session, I will hold a Sacred space for the individual to heal themselves, regaining their true sense of inner power and presence. Healing happens to the level that the individual is willing to go.

Shamanic Healing

We all walk through life, experiencing many changes as we move through the different stages. Sometimes we may find ourselves feeling like the changes are happening beyond our control and this can bring about feelings of unease, dis-empowerment, and for some the feeling of not wanting to carry on.
