Women's Shamanic Circle
Are you feeling a longing to connect with other like-minded, open-hearted women? Do you have a yearning to explore the invisible realm and connect with your Spirit Guides and the Angels? Maybe you are already on your spiritual journey but would enjoy walking some of it in the company of other women? If so, this is an opportunity to enjoy what is sometimes a light hearted way of doing deep healing work and allowing the connection to our inner strength and guidance lead us to the kind of life our hearts desire.
This Shamanic Circle offers the opportunity to feel the sense of community, support and encouragement that is created by the women who gather together. Each night offers something new, from a different focus to exploring the many ways to enter an altered state of consciousness through journeying, drumming, Trance Dancing and Healing Circles.
Previous experience of shamanic journeying is not necessary, just an open mind and a willingness to allow the spiritual realm to work closer with you. The energy that is created within the Circle offers a sacred, safe and loving space to support you along your path.
Booking is essential for these Circles as places are limited.
I do look forward to seeing some old familiar faces and welcoming some new faces into this beautiful sacred space.

Coming Home retreat Days
Allow me to offer you a place to come home too, a space where you can leave your outer world at the door and come sit by the stove, by the sea, as we take the opportunity to drop within and listen to the body, the mind, the heart and the soul. Come sit with others, who like you, are choosing to step out of the busy-ness of what life can be at times, in order to step into a space that offers to hold you gently while you nourish that parts of you that are calling you to......come home.

The Shamanic Way of Living and Healing
Introduction Day
Shamanism is a ancient spiritual practice dating back over 50,000 years. It is one that was practiced throughout the whole world, living with the understanding that everything is connected. We are not separate from nature, our loved ones who have crossed over or the Spirit Helpers that can bring us healing and guidance. We are connected through our energy field and for that reason we can move between the veils to access this healing and guidance, and in learning how to do so we can bring about more flow in our lives, a stronger connection to our Spirit Guides and Teachers and learn how to maintain a healthy energy body in order to be present in this world while standing in a space of well grounded personal power.
Shamanism is a way of enhancing our conscious connection to nature, the cycles of birth, death and rebirth, moon cycles, the seasons, and the different stages we move through in our development from child, teenager, adult and elder. The Shamanic way of living is seeing the Universe and all within it as interconnected, exchanging energy, enhancing healing, and heightening our intuitive gifts. In Shamanism we look at the different ways illness can be caused through loss of power, Soul Loss and the environments that we live in. We work with our Teams of Helpers in the Spirit World to bring about healing, re-balance our energy body, receive insights and wisdom about our lives and how to move forward and be in our our power.
During this One Day Introduction to Shamanism Workshop we will be exploring the spiritual practice of Shamanism and how we can bring it into our lives through Shamanic Journeying, Meditation, Ceremony and Ritual, our Energy Body Awareness and techniques used for maintaining and clearing our energy field.

Practitioner Training
Shamanism is a way of enhancing our conscious connection to nature, the cycles of birth, death and rebirth, moon cycles, the seasons, and the different stages we move through in our development from child, teenager, adult and elder. The Shamanic way of living is seeing the Universe and all within it as interconnected, exchanging energy, enhancing healing, and finding ways that can heighten our intuitive gifts. It is through this inter-connectiveness that we can access ancient wisdom and healing-working with the Divine Mother-Father God, Gaia, the Divine Beings who watch over not just the planet but us, Spirit Guides & Teachers and our Ancestors Healing Guides. We also draw from the strengths of the animal kingdom, learning from them ways to maintain healthy boundaries, connect to our deep inner strength within our Soul and also how to heal our inner wounds.
This Shamanic Practitioner training course is run over 4 weekends with time in between for personal practice and integration. This journey allows you to connect to a place within, where you will learn about who you are, what your innate healing strengths and abilities are, allowing time for walking the path of the Wounded Healer and growing from the lessons in order to fully ground your Divine essence within the physical form that your Soul inhabits on the planet at this time. In doing so, you will have the ability to use this way of being as the strong roots that hold you as you reach far into the other realms.
We will explore the many ancient ways of achieving an Altered State of Consciousness that the many tribes throughout the planet practised over 50,000 years ago-Drumming, Rattling, Trance Dancing and more. Reiki & Seichem Level 1
Working with Reiki & Seichem is the ancient healing technique of allowing the elemental healing rays of Earth (Reiki), Water, Fire, Air & Ether to restore balance on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels while encouraging a sense of peace and overall well-being. It can be experienced as a gentle yet powerful form of healing suitable for all ages.
The practitioner is a channel through which the energy flows, allowing healing to happen within the client's energy field which then effects change on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.....read more

Seichem Level 2
Reiki and Seichem is an ancient healing system that uses the Universal Healing of Rays of the 5 Elements, Earth (Reiki), Water, Fire, Air and Ether.
